Have been using to enjoy the taste of steamed hot dogs. To me a steamed dog beats grilling, toasting or boiling your dog any day of the week. Unit is simple to put together and clean. It is big and bulky so have a good place to store. The water steams quickly and there is a timer on the front of the unit.

The dogs are steamed quality and good. I have been a little disappointed in the top compartment for the rolls....doesn't really make them soft from the steam but rather soggy. I'm not sure if it is something I'm doing but thought I would mention. I do like the unit just not sure it is worth the $60 investment. Commercial machines are $175-$250...if your having a function or running a snack shed where you don't need to cook more than 10-12 dogs at a time it may be an option.
